Minnesota Real Estate Hall of Fame
The Shenehon Center for Real Estate at the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business has established the Minnesota Real Estate Hall of Fame to honor, preserve and perpetuate the names and outstanding accomplishments of real estate leaders who have made a significant contribution in real estate and demonstrated care and concern for improving their communities as business leaders.

UST Real Estate Advisory Board
The UST Real Estate Advisory Board guides the activities of all of the UST Real Estate programs. Members of this advisory board are prominent leaders of the real estate community from the Twin Cities area.
Board members are instrumental in advising the program in areas such as
- Curriculum review
- Providing new program suggestions
- Supporting activities of each program
- Coordination of mentors to connect students and alumni with industry professionals
- Job and internship placement
The Minneapolis St. Paul Residential Real Estate Index is designed to be a broad measure of the general strength and health of the Twin Cities residential housing market and covers the entire 13-county Twin Cities metro market.
